Course design

Before embarking on any course I’ll work with the course sponsor to identify the needs, research the issues and prepare a course that is accurately designed to ensure delegates get the maximum benefit.

I don’t believe in ‘off-the-shelf solutions’, and will design a course according to what is most realistic at the time. This may include:

• Positioning development
• Key message creation
• Q&A creation
• Face-to-face interviews
• Down the line broadcast interviews
• Crisis handling
• Achieving positive media coverage
• Telephone interviews
